SETTING UP TIMES FOR SALE TABLES
SUNDAY 7am to 9.30am
ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE HALL BY 8am

TABLE AND TRADE STAND BOOKING

After a meeting with the local council it was decided that anyone booking more than three private tables should be considered a dealer. This means any one person cannot be allocated more than three tables with the exception of the following. Parrot society area organizers, Leicester and county parakeet soc and charity table. 

BOOKING YOUR NEXT SHOW

Booking for the following show will still be allowed on the day for anyone re-booking their space. i.e. if you have a table or trade stand that day you can book the same space or table Nos only for the next show. All un-allocated space will be on a first come first served basis by post after the day of the show.

Failure to complete this form and sign to accept your agreement in a legible manner will result in YOUR! failure to be allocated a table.

If more than one person will be using the table to sell surplus goods or livestock then their signature is also required. The addressee will have the responsibility of producing the addresses of other signatories if required, they will also have full responsibility of the care and housing of all livestock on the tables.

Breeders tables are for buying selling or exchanging livestock or non livestock goods that are purely for the perpetuation of your hobby and not for profit or as a business. Any livestock goods sold must be bred by yourselves or purchased with the intention of breeding and are now surplus to your requirements. Any non livestock goods must be second hand, surplus to your requirements or made by you for the perpetuation of your hobby and not for any profit or gain. The transportation of all livestock to and from the event must conform to all current welfare regulations and the E.M.B.B.A. minimum cage size standard a copy of which will be sent with your tickets.

We will endeavour to give preference to members who have previously booked the same tables. However we do not offer any guarantee whatsoever of issuing of the same previous or preferred table numbers.
